Dzidzo Dei-Tutu is Chair of GBTF Board of Directors. He was led to establish this foundation as a result of a personal traumatic experience. He is influenced and heightened by the desire to create awareness of brain tumors and its associated effects on an individual. In addition, he is looking to improve access to brain tumor therapy in Ghana and beyond particularly to children and the less privileged.
He is a trained Management Accountant with over 20 years plus experience working in diverse industries ranging from engine manufacturing and Financial Services in the United States and United Kingdom respectively. Currently He is a Global Market Insights Manager at Cummins Inc. (A fortune 200 Company) a role which he determines demand planning for strategic accounts worth several billions of dollars worldwide.
Dzidzo holds an MBA from the internationally recognized Stephen Ross School of Business and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. In his spare time, he enjoys playing his turntable, reading self-help books and helping out at his local church.
He lives in the museum district of Houston Texas with his wife Selorm and their two children – Lim and Sika. Dzidzo is a meningioma survivor having had emergency surgery in September 2023. He and his wife Selorm have a passion for giving back to their societies and are actively involved in serving GBTF and other charities.
