On July 27th, I proudly completed the first in a series of Triathlon Challenges. It was intense — physically demanding and mentally draining — yet absolutely worth every moment. Each stride, each stroke, and every turn of the pedals was powered by a greater mission: uplifting brain tumor patients in Ghana through the compassionate work of the Ghana Brain Tumor Foundation.
