Reverend Comfort A Tutu serves as the Director of Operations for the foundation. She is a retired minister having served many years with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana.
She obtained a Bachelor of Divinity at the Trinity Theological Seminary and Master of Arts in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Cape Coast. She has immense experience in pastoring flocks over many districts, provision of counselling and therapy for people in distress.
Prior to this Rev Tutu worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of an accomplished local firm and had stints in Barclays Bank International and Decca Limited London where she had initially trained as a professional secretary. She gave up her career aspirations to bring up her 4 children and retrained as a minister once they went to high school.
Rev Tutu is known for her very busy social life. She is the President of her alma mater year group, former president of Women’s Aglow Premier Chapter amongst her other social activities.
Comfort is a widow having lost her husband David over a decade ago. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling her 8 grandchildren, going to the theatre, reading her Bible, and listening to gospel music.
